Can I reserve an apartment on WEB?

Yes, but in order to have free access on information request as well as full service, it is necessary to registered yourself first.

I sent a deposit to reserve an apartment but I didn’t receive any notice to confirm that, what I can do?

You can contact directly the Agency on telephone or internet and ask to confirm with e-mail message.

I booked an apartment long time ago, and I sent a deposit, but now, at last minute, I have to cancel my holiday due to work problems. Can I have my money back?

No, if it is a deposit. But contact the Agency, according to the schedule and availability they will try to offer you another solution.

I would like to have my dog with me. Can I bring it with me?

Generally yes but we prefer small size only. You need to coordinate with Agency.

At what time can I enter in my apartment?

Saturday after 17:00 pm. (start holiday) after check-in with Agency.

Were I have to take my apartment’s keys?

You have to check-in at the Agency first (Otranto Via Idro). You will get your key there. Agency personnel will show you the apartment.

I would like to have my apartment clean during my holiday period. How can I get it.

Agency is the best way to coordinate any extra. You will be informed about cost and service time.

Unfortunatly I have done a damage in my apartment and I need to know how to restore it.

Don’t worry! Just advice the Agency, they will take care of your damage as soon as possibile. Sorry but You will be asked to refund the cost of repair.

What I need to carry with me?

If it is not otherwise specified, we will not supply bed sheet and bath towel, so you need to carry your own. Anyway if you travel by plane and you have baggage problems ask the Agency to provide you with some spare ones. Kitchen is full equipped.

Were I have to give the key back on departure?

Please check-out at the Agency. You can leave the keys there. If you are in a hurry and need to give the keys back at a time when Agency is closed, please leave them on the table inside your apartment.

At what time do I have to leave the apartment?

At the end of your holiday, not after 09:00 am. Saturday morning. Please do the check-out at the Agency.

Are there some special rules to know?

No. Nothing different from normal rules that apply every were in hotel or community facilities. Other guest’s privacy and rest must be respected.
